Be sure to remove the battery tab and turn on your TV before pairing the remote with the correct 3-digit code. If the auto-detect fails, you can use the CodeFinder tool to assist in the pairing of your audio and TV. Point your remote towards your devices during setup, and press and hold Shaw and Mute buttons together for 5 seconds until the LED turns green. Using the digit keys on the remote, enter the code shown in the CodeFinder tool.
To pair your remote for voice control, follow the instructions by pressing and holding Shaw and Info (i) buttons together for 5 seconds until the LED turns green. You will then follow the on-screen instructions to enter the 3-digit code that appears. Once the remote is paired, you can use it to control your audio and TV devices through voice commands.
By default, your remote comes with volume control defaulted to control volume using your TV. To change this, turn on your audio device and follow the steps above to set up your remote. If you encounter any issues, refer back to the instructions above for further guidance.
