Tim Hortons' Roll Up the Rim 2021 (now rebranded as Roll Up to Win 2021) is returning for a limited time beginning on September 20 for only the second time in history.

When you make a qualifying purchase at a Tim Hortons location and scan your Tims Rewards card or use the Tims Rewards app, you will receive one or more Rolls.
Which Items on the Menu Can Be Ordered as Digital Rolls?
You get one virtual roll for each of these types of food on the menu:
- A wide variety of steaming beverages
- All cold drinks (with the exception of milk, soda, and juice).
- Cucumber and tomato sandwiches for breakfast
- Wraps for breakfast
The itemized inventory who are qualified to play in a digital format:

A purchase of two medium coffees, a donut, and a Farmer's Breakfast Wrap would earn you three Rolls (two for the coffee, zero for the donut (since it is not eligible), and one for the breakfast wrap).
This year is the first time that customers who place their delivery orders through the Tim Hortons app will be eligible to receive a Roll for each eligible item they buy.
If you use an outside app to have food delivered, you won't get Rolls Royce points for your order.
How to Do It Without Buying Anything
Simply send a written request on a blank white sheet of paper, which should include the following information, and you will be sent Rolls without having to make a purchase.

Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, will provide you with either:
- If you asked for one roll, you'll get one roll;
- You can request one regular Roll and up to three additional Bonus Rolls (based on the maximum number of Bonus Rolls that can be earned in connection with a live Bonus Offer as of the date the relevant Roll Request is postmarked). If you sent in a request for one Roll and Bonus Rolls while a valid Bonus Offer was available for participation at the time such Roll Request was postmarked, you will receive the Bonus Rolls.

Roll Requests and Unique Roll Links that are late, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, or illegible for any reason will not be honored by Tim Hortons.
To whom may I address my inquiry concerning access to my Digital Rolls?
When you open the app or visit www.rolluptowin.ca after your order has been processed, you'll see a digital roll waiting for you.
You won't be able to add rolls to your account after the fact if you forget to scan your digital or physical Tims Rewards card before paying for your purchase.
When I use my Tims Rewards points or redeem a coffee prize toward a qualifying menu item, am I eligible to receive a roll?
No Digital Rolls cannot be earned on products that were obtained through the Roll Up to Win Prizes, Tims Rewards, or Tims it Forward programs.
Does Anyone Know If There Is a Cap on the Number of Digital Rolls You Can Collect?
In Roll Up the Rim 2021, the number of digital rolls you can earn is infinite.
Which Way Should I Roll the Rolls?
This is the Roll, and here's what you gotta do to see it:
- Roll up to the win by accessing your account through the Tim Hortons app or www.rolluptowin.ca.
- Simply respond appropriately to a skill-testing question by following the on-screen prompts.
- The Roll can be seen by clicking the "Roll Now" button.

Strategy for Playing Without a Cell Phone
Having no cell phone is not a deal breaker when it comes to playing.
By scanning your physical Tims Rewards card at checkout, you can earn digital rolls.
The physical Tims Rewards card must still be registered at timhortons.ca/timsrewards.
Log in to your account at www.rolluptowin.ca after you've registered and linked your card to see your digital rolls.
Rolls may still be accumulated even if the cards are not linked. Until you register and link your physical card to your account, your Rolls will be held in a holding pattern.
In what time frame must I access my digital rolls?
By the end of the day on Wednesday, November 21st, all digital rolls for Roll Up The Rim 2021 must be unveiled. m ET
Instructions for Delivering Rolls to Your Pals
By simply sharing a link, you can share a Roll with a friend.
To redeem the digital roll and reveal the Prize, the recipient must sign into their Tims Rewards account in the app or online and follow the on-screen instructions.
To the one who rolled the Roll, the Prize belongs. If you give your roll to a friend or family member, you can't claim the prize yourself.
Click "Reclaim Roll" in the Roll Up Rundown section of the app or www.rolluptowin.ca to retrieve a previously shared Roll that has not yet been revealed.
Prize Redemption Procedure

Once you've revealed your Roll (via the Tim Hortons app or at www.rolluptowin.ca), you'll be shown on-screen instructions for claiming your Prize.
The "My Offers & Rewards" section of your Tims Rewards account is where you can claim your coffee, donut, and reusable cup prizes in the form of a coupon (which must be activated).
You can use the points you earn toward future purchases at any Tim Hortons location.
Once you've won, Tims Rewards points and Tim Card prizes will be added to your account. Occasionally, electronic Tim Cards will be delivered via email.
As soon as you win, you will receive many digital prizes via email. The list includes digital subscriptions to services like Crave, SN Now, Spotify Premium, and The Athletic, as well as digital gift cards and codes for services like Cineplex®, Home Hardware, Skullcandy, Uber Eats, and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Prize Activation Instructions Prior to Redemption
Free beverages, including coffee, donuts, and reusable cups, can be redeemed by activating your rewards in the "My Rewards & Offers" section of the Tim Hortons app's main screen or at timhortons.ca/timsrewards.
The Roll Up the Rim 2021 reward will be automatically redeemed the next time you buy the corresponding item and scan your digital or physical Tims Rewards card (or place an order through the Tim Hortons digital app).
When do I have to claim my prize?
The deadline to claim free coffee and food is November 10/21 (other prizes may have different deadlines).
Can I Win a Prize and Redeem It in One Transaction?
A free coffee or donut prize, for example, can only be redeemed at a later visit after it has been unlocked in the app or online and revealed.
Free products obtained by redeeming a Roll Up to Win prize, Tims Rewards points, or a Tims it Forward gift cannot be used to accumulate digital rolls.
You can still earn digital rolls for qualifying purchases made alongside a free prize redemption.
Using the Tim Hortons App
The Tim Hortons app is useful because it lets you pre-order your coffee and food before you head to the restaurant.
