Try your hand at home parsley drying. Some people may be under the impression that drying parsley is impossible. Anyone with access to a cooking appliance such as an oven, microwave, or dehydrator can make it. Air drying parsley or drying it in the sun for a few days is also a viable option.

Microwaving parsley to dry it out
