14. The next step is to click the drop-down arrow and then choose the appropriate cancellation reason. Narrow down your reasons for canceling Crave TV to those that apply most to you: high costs, technical difficulties, already having Crave through another provider, a lack of free time, a lack of interest in Crave's most recent programming/movies/content, or something else. A drop-down menu with 12 options appears when you click the cancellation button.
15. After picking your cancellation reason, you'll see a blue "Yes, Cancel" button appear on the right.
16. As soon as you've completed the prior step, the website will take you to a page informing you that your subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer receive service as of a certain date.
