A Guide to Tim Hortons' 2021 Roll Up the Rim
When you make a purchase at a participating Tim Hortons location and scan your Tims Rewards card or use the Tims Rewards app, you will receive one or more Rolls depending on the amount spent.
Where Can I Find the List of Menu Items That Can Be Ordered as Digital Rolls?
One digital roll is awarded for each of the following types of food on the menu:
- The entire range of steaming beverages
- The entire selection of cold drinks (with the exception of milk, pop, and juice).
- Salami and cheese for breakfast
- Morning wraps
The long and detailed description of contents who are qualified to play in a digital format:
- Small (10 oz.) Hot Beverages ), moderate-sized (15 A Big One (Twenty-Ounce) sizes large (16 oz.) and extra-large (24 oz. (Cappuccino not included; additional espresso shots will cost extra)
- Beverages, Cold, Miniature (10 oz. ), moderate-sized (15 ), and a big one (twenty (with milk, pop, and juice being the only exceptions)
- Farmer's Wrap (with bacon, sausage, or an egg and cheese).
- Bacon, sausage, or egg on a grilled wrap.
- Bagel with a BELT® topping (either bacon or sausage).

You can get as many rolls as you want, and you'll always be a winner.
Buying two medium coffees, a donut, and a Farmer's Breakfast Wrap would net you three Rolls (two for the coffee, zero for the donut (since it is not eligible), and one for the breakfast wrap).
This year is the first time that customers who place their delivery orders through the Tim Hortons app will be eligible to receive a Roll for every eligible item they buy.
Rolls Rewards points cannot be earned on orders placed through other restaurants' delivery apps.
Method That Requires No Expenditure
In order to receive Rolls without making a purchase, you may send a FREE written request on a blank white sheet of paper that includes:
- What are your initials, last name, and email address?
- An explanation of what the request is seeking, such as
- A Single Roll; or
- Such Roll Requests will be eligible to receive Bonus Offers if and only if they are postmarked during the time such Bonus Offer is active. one Roll and up to three Bonus Digital Rolls (the maximum number of Bonus Rolls that may be earned in connection with a live Bonus Offer as of the postmark of the applicable Roll Request)

A "Roll Request" is an entry sent to the Tim Hortons Roll Up To Win 2021 Contest at PO Box 12305, Saint John, NB E2I 5E7.
It is the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion whether, upon receipt of a Roll Request in compliance with these Rules, you will be provided with either:
- If you asked for one Roll, you'll get one; or
- One Roll plus as many Bonus Rolls as are available through active Bonus Offers at the time the applicable Roll Request is postmarked, up to a maximum of three Rolls. If you sent in a request for a single Roll and Bonus Rolls during the promotional period of an active Bonus Offer, you will receive the Bonus Rolls.
In response to a valid Roll Request, you will receive an email (to the address you specified in your Roll Request) with a link to access the digital roll(s) you requested. The participant can access the Digital Roll(s) through his or her Account by following the on-screen prompts.

In what ways can I acquire my Digital Rolls?
Your order is complete when you see a digital roll in your account on www.rolluptowin.ca or in the app.
No rolls will be added to your digital or physical Tims Rewards card after the fact if you forget to scan it at checkout.
Can I Get a Roll If I Use My Tims Rewards Points or Coffee Prize to Buy an Eligible Menu Item?
No Digital Rolls can't be earned on products obtained through the Roll Up to Win Prizes, Tims Rewards, or Tims it Forward programs.
Can You Get an Unlimited Supply of Digital Rolls?
In Roll Up the Rim 2021, there is no cap on the number of digital rolls you can collect.

Rolls can be earned digitally by scanning your physical Tims Rewards card at checkout.

Once you've signed up, you can link your card at www.rolluptowin.ca to see your virtual rolls whenever you log in.
Rolls can be accumulated even if cards aren't linked. Until you register and associate your physical card with your account, your Rolls will be held in a holding pattern.

Methods for Providing Rolls to Companions
Just by sharing a link, you can share a Roll with a friend.
Following the on-screen prompts, the recipient can redeem the digital roll and see their Prize when they sign in to their Tims Rewards account in the app or online.
The winner is the one who rolled the Roll and revealed it. If you give your roll to someone else, you can't claim the prize yourself.
Rolls that have not yet been revealed can be taken back by tapping "Reclaim Roll" in the app's Roll Up Rundown or on the website, www.rolluptowin.ca.
Tips for Claiming Your Prizes

The "My Offers & Rewards" section of your Tims Rewards account is where you'll find the activation link for your coffee, donut, and reusable cup coupons.
Prizes in the form of Tims Reward Points will be added to your account and can be redeemed at any participating Tim Hortons location.
You'll get Tims Rewards points and Tim Card prizes added to your account as soon as you win. On extremely rare occasions, you may receive your electronic Tim Card via email.
After a win, you will receive an email with links to download many digital prizes. Included in this category are digital subscriptions to services like Crave, SN Now, Spotify Premium, and The Athletic, as well as digital gift cards and codes for services like Cineplex®, Home Hardware, Skullcandy, Uber Eats, and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Instructions for Activating Rewards Prior to Redemption

After activation, the Roll Up the Rim 2021 reward will be applied at checkout when you scan your digital or physical Tims Rewards card (or place an order through the Tim Hortons app).
Just how long do I have to claim my prize?
The deadline to claim free coffee and food is November 10/21 (other prizes may have different deadlines).
Could I Accumulate Points and Redeem Them for a Prize in One Single Action?
If you win a free coffee or donut, for example, but don't reveal it in the app or online until a later visit, you won't be able to redeem the prize until that time.
Products obtained for free by redeeming a Roll Up to Win prize, Tims Rewards points, or a Tims it Forward gift card cannot be redeemed for digital rolls.
If a free prize is redeemed in the same transaction as an eligible purchase, the customer will still be able to earn digital rolls for the purchase.
The Tim Hortons Mobile Application
The Tim Hortons app is useful because it lets you place a takeout order ahead of time, ensuring that your coffee and food will be ready when you arrive at the restaurant.
