For every new line or device activation/upgrade, there will be a one-time connection fee of up to $45. All services provided by Freedom Mobile are governed by our Terms of Service, MyTab Additional Terms of Service, TradeUp Additional Terms of Service, Fair Usage Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Starting on July 24, 2023, Freedom Mobile subscribers, excluding prepaid by the year customers, non-monthly rate plan customers, and select applicable plans, who have recurring Freedom Network and/or Nationwide data allotments will have their data converted into Freedom Nationwide data. Freedom Nationwide data refers to data that can be used on both Freedom and Canadian partner networks. The conversion only applies to recurring Freedom data and/or Nationwide data, excluding Data Passes, Big Binge Bonus Data, and Pay Per Use data amounts.

Beginning on July 24, 2023, subscribers on a rate plan of $45 per month or higher, after the application of the Digital Discount where applicable, will have access to 5G speeds. To utilize 5G speeds, subscribers must be on a rate plan eligible for 5G, possess a 5G enabled device with a 5G enabled SIM card, and be within a 5G coverage area.

1. A monthly payment for MyTab is mandatory.

Savings are calculated based on the Regular Selling Price, and a monthly payment for MyTab is required for 24 months. Certain conditions must be met. This offer is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Additional taxes, government fees, and pay-per-use charges apply. Early cancellation fees are applicable. For TradeUp, additional savings are dependent on returning the device in an eligible condition within 24 months.

3. Digital Discount

The Digital Discount promotion is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. To qualify for the $5/month Digital Discount, you must be subscribed to a Prepaid or Postpaid line on an eligible plan (excluding Prepaid By The Year, Tablet, and Watch plans), enroll in Auto Pay (pre-authorized payments), have an active and valid Auto Pay method on record, and redeem the "Digital Discount" promo code at a Freedom Mobile retail location or through your My Account. The promo code can only be used once per eligible line. A $5 monthly discount will begin on your next top-up date (for Prepaid customers) or your next bill (for Postpaid customers) after redeeming the promo code. Postpaid customers must meet the aforementioned eligibility requirements on the same day they activate their eligible plan to ensure that the discount is applied to their first/next bill. If you are ineligible for the promotion in any given month, you will lose the monthly discount entirely, and it cannot be reclaimed. However, if you become eligible again in subsequent months, you will receive the discount during those months. Switching between eligible plans will not result in the loss of the monthly discount. The discount will no longer be applicable if you (a) change your rate plan to a non-eligible one or (b) transfer your number away from Freedom Mobile. Additional taxes apply.

4. Unlimited Plans Data Policy

Freedom Mobile's unlimited data plans, depending on the selected plan, include between 30GB and 50GB of full-speed data that can be used at 5G speeds on the Freedom network (where available) and at 4G speeds (up to 100 Mbps) on partner networks in Nationwide, the U.S., and Mexico (if applicable, refer to freedommobile.ca/plans for plan details). Visit freedommobile.ca/coverage for more information on Freedom's coverage area. Once your full-speed data allotment is exhausted, you will still have access to data services without incurring data overage fees, but at a slower speed. The slower speed will be up to 256 kilobits per second (for downloads) and 128 kilobits per second (for uploads) on the Freedom Network, and up to 128 kilobits per second (for downloads) and 64 kilobits per second (for uploads) on partner networks in Nationwide, the U.S., and Mexico (if applicable) until the end of your current billing cycle. Applications such as web browsing, email, instant messaging, voice over IP services, or low-quality audio streaming will continue to function but at a reduced speed. Applications that typically require greater bandwidth, like video streaming or peer-to-peer file sharing, will still work but may be impacted by the slower speed. We will send you a text message when you have utilized 70% and 100% of your plan's full-speed data allotment, at which point you have the option to purchase a data add-on to supplement your plan with additional full-speed data. Usage is always subject to the Freedom Mobile Terms of Service and Fair Usage Policy.

5. Access to 5G Network

You can enjoy 5G access by subscribing to a 5G plan, using a phone that is compatible with 5G, and being in an area covered by the 5G network.

8. Samsung Phone and Tablet Promotion

For a limited time, Freedom Mobile is offering a special promotion for Samsung phones and tablets. Please note that this offer is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice, and it is only available at participating Freedom Mobile locations. Additional taxes may apply. This promotion allows you to save up to $402. The savings are based on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet with a $0 Monthly MyTab Charge on a 24-month services agreement ($312 in savings based on the Regular Selling Price). You will also receive a $15 discount off the Tablet plan for the first 6 months. To qualify for this promotion, you need to meet the following requirements: a) activate a new service or upgrade to an Eligible Samsung Phone with MyTab on a current $39/month or higher plan (after Digital Discount) and b) activate a new service on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet with MyTab, along with the Tablet 4G 5GB plan. Both the Eligible Samsung Phone and Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet must be activated on the same account on the same day for a 24-month services agreement. The eligible Samsung Phones include the Samsung Galaxy A03s/13/14/53/54, S20/21 FE, Z Flip3/4/5, Z Fold3/4/5, and S22/23 series. You will receive a $15 monthly credit on your account for up to 6 months, which offsets the $15/month price of the tablet plan. The credits will be applied as a bill adjustment before tax on your second bill and will continue as long as your account remains active and eligible. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, except for the Digital Discount and bonus data. However, please note that if you downgrade your phone rate plan to a non-eligible plan, return either the Eligible Samsung Phone or Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet, or port either number away from Freedom Mobile, your service will no longer be eligible for the promotion. In those cases, any credits received during the ineligible month will be forfeited. Early cancellation fees may apply. If you choose to migrate to another plan within 24 months, Freedom Mobile reserves the right to charge you a fee equal to all or part of the $312 in savings you received, or move you back to the Tablet 4G 5GB plan. 9. Standard and Advanced Voicemail Features

With Freedom Mobile, you have the option to choose between two voicemail features: Standard Voicemail and Voicemail. Standard Voicemail is available for 4G LTE plans and allows you to store up to 5 messages, with each message being stored for a maximum of 5 days. Voicemail, which is available for 5G plans, offers advanced functionality. With Voicemail, you can store up to 50 messages, with new messages being stored for up to 30 days and saved messages being stored for up to 90 days. During the storage period, you can resave messages, but any messages past the storage period will be deleted. If you have a monthly plan with Standard Voicemail and wish to upgrade to Voicemail, you can do so by subscribing to the monthly add-on.

10. Pay Per Use Charges for Apple Watch

If you have an Apple Watch plan, your usage will be based on the Freedom Nationwide data included in your associated phone plan when connected via Bluetooth. Please note that Pay Per Use Charges may apply.

11. Tablet Plans

To be eligible for a Tablet plan, you must activate a new Postpaid line or complete a hardware upgrade on an eligible Tablet (ZTE Grand X View 4, Samsung Tab A7 Lite) with MyTab at participating Freedom Mobile locations. All services are subject to Freedom Mobile’s Terms of Service, Fair Usage Policy, Internet Traffic Management Policy, and Privacy Policy.

12. Determining the Trade-In Value of Your Device

Please be aware that the offer for trading in your device is subject to change without notice. It is available for a limited time at Freedom Mobile corporate stores and participating Freedom Mobile dealer locations. To qualify for this trade-in offer, you must be the legal owner of the phone being traded in. Only one phone per trade-in is allowed. The trade-in value of your device will be determined by us based on factors such as the make, model, and physical condition of the phone. Please note that you will not receive any additional value for trading in in-box accessories such as chargers, earbuds, or external cases. If we determine that your Trade-In Device has no trade-in value, we will accept it for recycling purposes. As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, any mobile phone can be dropped off for recycling at any Freedom Mobile store. Please refer to the Trade-In Terms and Conditions for further details.

15. Commitment to Price Stability

Our Price Stability Guarantee ensures that the cost of a wireless rate plan, before any concessions or credits, will never increase for any customer who subscribes and maintains their plan. This guarantee took effect on April 3, 2023, and applies to all existing, current, and future customers who have access to, currently possess, or will have access to our range of wireless rate plans. The Price Stability Guarantee exclusively covers the price of the wireless rate plan itself and does not include any additional charges or fees, such as taxes, surcharges, usage-based costs, one-time passes, supplementary features, device financing fees (e.g., MyTab and TradeUp charges), or any other extra charges/fees.

17. Promotion for Apple Watch

This limited-time offer is subject to modification or cancellation without prior notice. To be eligible for this promotion, you must activate or upgrade to a new Apple Watch with MyTab under the Promo Apple Watch 1GB plan (connected to your primary Freedom Mobile line) during the promotional period. The monthly service fee for your Apple Watch will be $10. Moreover, a corresponding credit of $10 per month will be applied to your primary line, connected to the Apple Watch, for a duration of 3 months. These bill adjustments, before taxes, will commence within 60 days of activation or upgrade. However, please note that your service will no longer qualify for the promotion if: a) you cancel your primary line associated with the Apple Watch; b) you cancel your Apple Watch service altogether; or c) you cancel your Apple Watch MyTab. Any credit that goes unused during any particular month, due to ineligibility, will be entirely forfeited and cannot be compensated for. On the other hand, if you do qualify for the credit in the months succeeding the ineligible month, you will continue to receive the applicable credit. 18. Offer of Enhanced Storage for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5/Fold5

Until August 10, 2023, this offer is available to both new and existing eligible customers at select Freedom Mobile retail locations. However, it is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. To qualify for the offer of a /month credit for 24 months, you must either activate a new service or upgrade your device to either the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 with 512GB of storage or the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 with 512GB of storage, both of which are on a 24-month services agreement and cost $24/month (after the Digital Discount) or more under a Postpaid plan. Accordingly, you will receive $168 in service credits, allocated as a monthly credit on your account for a total period of 24 months, reaching a maximum value of $168. These credits will start to be applied as a bill adjustment before taxes on your second bill. As long as your account remains in good standing (i.e., not suspended or canceled) and you continue to meet the eligibility requirements, the credits will consistently be applied. However, if you decide to: a) downgrade your rate plan to an ineligible plan, b) switch your number to another mobile service provider, or c) cancel your subscription with Freedom Mobile, you will no longer be considered eligible for the promotion. In case you do not meet the eligibility criteria during any given month, the respective credit will be fully forfeited and cannot be compensated for. Yet, if you do become eligible for the credit in the months following the ineligible month, you will continue to receive the applicable credit.

19. Trade-In Opportunity for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5/Fold5

This offer, available for a limited period and exclusively at select stores, is open to eligible customers who meet the approved credit requirements and while supplies last. Please note that this offer may be subject to modification or cancellation without prior notice. The trade-in offer is valid only for the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 or Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, activated on the Freedom Mobile network under a 24-month services agreement. Furthermore, the offer is applicable only to those customers who are on a minimum monthly plan of $50 (after the Digital Discount). When participating in the trade-in opportunity, you must be the rightful owner of the phone being traded in. Additionally, only one phone per trade-in will be accepted. Customers who trade in an eligible old model of a Samsung Galaxy Note Series, Samsung Galaxy S Series, or Samsung Galaxy Z Series phone, with a trade-in value of at least $1, will receive a MyTab Bonus Savings of $400. Customers who trade in any other eligible phone with a trade-in value of at least $1 will receive a MyTab Bonus Savings of $200. The total value of the trade-in credit will depend on the condition of the phone being traded in. This offer is exclusively available for a limited time at select stores to eligible customers and may be changed or terminated without prior notice. Additional taxes apply. To be eligible for this offer, you must agree to subscribe to the Phone Protection Plan add-on at the time of activating or upgrading your Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 during the promotional period. As long as you remain active and subscribed to the Phone Protection Plan add-on, you will receive a discount of /month for up to 12 months, offsetting the regular /month price of the add-on. The Phone Protection Plan service is governed by the complete Terms & Conditions of the program.

28. Trial Period for Visual Voicemail

The trial period for Visual Voicemail is subject to change or cancellation without notice. The Visual Voicemail add-on is only available to customers who have a data-inclusive plan and a compatible device. You will receive a one-time credit of $4 for the first full month of your Visual Voicemail subscription, which will be reflected in your monthly bill. To be eligible for the $4 credit for the Visual Voicemail trial offer, you must (i) have a plan and a device that are compatible with the Visual Voicemail add-on, as mentioned above, and (ii) subscribe to Visual Voicemail. This promotion can only be applied once to each eligible line. Once the first full month of Visual Voicemail is completed, you will be charged the regular monthly rate of $4 unless you choose to cancel the service. The discount will no longer apply if during the promotional period you (a) switch to a non-eligible plan, or (b) transfer your number to another provider. Additional taxes apply.
