How to Stop Crave TV Service
If you cancel your Crave TV service before the end of your current billing cycle, you will be responsible for the remaining balance through the end of your billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to Crave TV until April 15 if you cancel on March 30 and make your final payment. On April 16th, all Crave TV subscriptions will expire and you will no longer be charged.
Exactly how does one terminate this service, then? Depending on your viewing preferences, you can cancel in a few different ways.
- In order to access the Crave website from a mobile device, a laptop, or a desktop computer, please go to https://www.crave.ca/en.
- There are many different categories to choose from on the homepage, such as TV Shows, Movies, and My Cravings on the left side of the screen, and a search bar, a blue subscribe button, and a magnifying glass on the right. also, a login button
- You'll need a username and password to access your Crave account after you've set it up for the first time. To log in, select the login area and enter the required information. Once you've entered your password, click the button below it that says "continue."
- Once the main menu has loaded, you will be taken to your personalized page, which will list all of your selected and recommended content.
- Prior to logging in, you'll notice a profile icon with a pull-down menu. After signing in, your profile information and a photo will appear in a drop-down menu on an icon. It sits to the right of the search bar in the upper-right corner.
- You can access additional settings by hovering over your profile picture. Below the options to "Edit Profile," "Add Profile," and "Switch Profile," you'll find "Manage Account." A square icon with a rightward-pointing arrow is displayed.
- When you click the "Manage Account" button, a new window will open detailing your account, profiles, subscription, payment, and settings on the left side of the page. The list of choices is presented in white text on a gray background. The subscriptions tab is the third option from the top. ’
- As soon as you click that button, a new tab will open with a comprehensive list of all of your current subscriptions and the associated costs.
- Subscription details' is written in large gray font directly above the box that contains the details of the plan you wish to cancel. Over on the right of that font, in red, it says, "Cancel Subscription." ’
- The subscription can be terminated by clicking the corresponding button.
- Crave TV, like most servers, requires you to confirm canceling the service at least twice before it will allow you to do so.
- When you go to cancel your Crave subscription, you'll be taken to a new page that says "You are about to cancel your subscription" in bright yellow text.
- If you cancel your subscription, the effective date will be shown below the text. Without a cancellation, the next billing cycle will begin on that day.
- Here, you'll find a drop-down menu where you can specify why you're canceling your subscription. Narrow down your reasons for canceling Crave TV to those that apply most to you: high costs, technical difficulties, already having Crave through another provider, a lack of free time, a lack of interest in Crave's most recent programming/movies/content, or something else. There are 12 options available when clicking the cancellation button.
- After picking your cancellation reason, you'll see a blue "Yes, Cancel" button appear on the right.
- Upon finishing the previous procedure, you will be taken to a page that confirms your subscription has been canceled and that you will no longer receive service as of a certain date.

- To access Crave, go to your home screen and press the asterisk button on your Roku remote. The asterisk button can be found on most remotes three buttons down on the right side.

- There is a'subscriptions' option in the menu on the left side of the screen. Under the Account tab, this is the second of three available options. When you select the subscriptions tab, your account information will appear on the right.
- Below your Crave Plan, a white box should appear with a list of all available upgrades. Then, locate the extension that you want to deactivate.
- Each upgrade has a renewal date in black text and "cancel add-on" in red text under the plan's renewal date. ’
- New pages will open when you click the red text. After reading a message informing you that you are about to cancel your subscription, you will be prompted to select one of 12 possible explanations for wanting to end your upgrade.
- Subsequently, a confirmation page appears, informing you that your cancellation was successful and that you will no longer have access to the supplementary service as of the subsequent billing date.
- Even after you remove the add-on, you can still enjoy Crave. Just hit the blue "Continue to Crave" button in the lower right corner. ’
- To learn more about your subscription, head to the blue'subscription details' button in the bottom left corner of the screen. ’
