After placing your order, sign in to your Tesla Account to finalize your delivery details. You can expect your estimated delivery timing to be available in your Tesla Account or confirmation email. Tesla provides various delivery options. Once your car is ready for delivery, a member of the Tesla team will discuss the available delivery options with you. Keep in mind that regulatory restrictions and availability may limit some of these delivery options in certain provinces.
The timing of your delivery depends on the model, location and current production availability. For those needing immediate delivery, check out existing inventory in your area at https://www.tesla.com/en_CA/inventory/new/m3.
Financing and Leasing
Interested in financing or leasing a Tesla? If available in your province, submit a credit application in your Tesla Account after placing your order. You can expect a credit decision to be available within 48 hours of submission. Leasing is not available for used vehicles. For more information about financing or leasing your vehicle, visit https://www.tesla.com/en_CA/support/financing.
How does the trade-in process work? Get a quote through your Tesla Account to begin the trade-in process. You will be asked to complete a self-inspection using your mobile phone so that Tesla can provide you with an official trade-in offer. If you decide to move forward, you may be asked to submit additional information to your Tesla Account prior to taking delivery.
Tesla accepts cars, trucks, vans and SUVs on trade-in towards the purchase of a new or used Tesla. The trade-in value is determined by a standard calculation based on vehicle configuration, history, mileage and age. Non-Tesla trade-in values are determined using industry standard tools and resources.
Wondering if you can still trade in your vehicle while still making payments on your current lease? Most vehicles are eligible for trade-in, and Tesla will calculate and compare the payoff amount, early termination penalty (if applicable) and any equity (positive or negative) will be added to your Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement. You will not need to pay off the lease or loan in full prior to trading in your vehicle.
