Are you tired of the same old drinks and looking for something new to spice up your party? Look no further than the Paralyzer cocktail! This delicious and easy-to-make drink is guaranteed to impress your guests and keep the fun going all night long. Follow our 5 simple steps to craft the perfect Paralyzer cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • - ¾ oz. (22 mL) tequila
  • - ¾ oz. (22 mL) vodka

- ½ oz. (15 mL) coffee liqueur (e.g. Kahlua)

- 4 oz. (120 mL) milk or light cream

- 2 oz. (60 mL) cola

- Ice, crushed or cubes (as many as you would like.)

Step 1: Prepare your Collins glass

- Add ice to a Collins glass or a tall highball glass as there's a lot of liquid in this drink. This size also requires plenty of ice to keep the cocktail cool as you work your way through.

Step 2: Pour the liquor mix

- Pour ¾ oz. each of tequila and vodka, and ½ oz. of coffee liqueur into the glass. If you want a layered effect, pour the coffee liqueur first, holding a spoon upside-down in the glass as close to the liqueur as possible. Pour the tequila and vodka over the back of the spoon. If you don't have bartender's measuring device, you can use 1½ tablespoons instead.

Step 3: Add the cola

- Pour in 2 oz. Coca-Cola, Pepsi, or another cola. Pour slowly to make a new layer on top without disturbing the clear layer.

Step 4: Top with milk or light cream

- Pour 4 oz. of milk or light cream slowly while stirring the top of the drink reduces the chance of the milk or cream curdling. Cream is less likely to curdle, but still possible if you pour too quickly. You may measure out 4 oz., or just pour until the Collins glass is full.

- Provide a straw for stirring the drink. Enjoy your perfectly crafted Paralyzer cocktail!

Additional Information:

  • - If you prefer a different look, you can always mix the drink in a cocktail shaker.
  • - The name "Paralyzer" is just a name and does not actually paralyze you.
  • - To avoid curdling milk or cream, pour slowly while stirring or use a cream-based product.
